Established in 2000, formerly known as Yoong Tong Thai Restaurant celebrates true Thai cuisine through classic techniques, authentic ingredients and the love and passion of sharing our culture and food through family. Fast forward to 2020, the next generation of the family will combine their traditions, love, heritage, and knowledge of Thai cuisine and fuse the idea
with a nouveau modern experience, atmosphere, and events to present timeless yet innovative signature dishes.

New Trend Mixology & Unique Wine Selections

To pair with our delicious new innovative fusion signature dishes we will be providing new trend Thai inspired mixology accented by Thai ingredients, spices, and spirits, providing stories with each drink and dish to complement the two. Wine is selected by our sommelier and chefs to perfectly pair with each other, selected from smaller family-owned wineries from across the world.

with years of experience and in-depth education of culinary arts and nutrition! Not only does Chef Sittikong focus on the utmost local, clean, sustain and delicious meal courses, he is taking it to the next step and is also focusing on a new trend in the restaurant industry called “conscious cooking”. Educating and treating everyone to a whole new dining experience! With his precision to detail and culinary knowledge in authentic Thai and French cuisine in world-class fine dining. Welcoming you with a great smile, he is a library’s full of culinary knowledge and is fully equipped to custom make your dishes to your liking!

Harry Zarkades

French Wine Scholar, Senior Wine Consultant, Main Street Wine Imports

Harry has been in the wine business in one form or another for nearly 30 years. He has experience as a Retailer, Wholesale Wine Sales Representative and Restaurateur. Harry is also a certified French Wine Scholar. Today Harry is the Senior Wine Consultant for Main Street Wine Imports, an importer and distributor of fine wines and spirits, located in Everett, MA.

Biagio Bovenga

Wine Sommelier, The ‘Quin House

Biagio born and raised in Italy, has always had a passion for great food and wine. The hospitality Industry brought him to London where he joined the Savoy Hotel, working alongside world renowned chefs including Chef Antoine Edelman and Chef Giorgio Locatelli. After decades of work experiences in Italy, London, Bermuda, Biagio decided to moved back to the US and ending up at The Bristol Room at The Four Seasons Hotel. It’s there where his passion for wine took a more serious turn and got him more into the theory part of the business and reaching the Certification of Sommelier in 2016.

Executive Pastry Chef Gloria Gabriel

Gloria grew up in Manila, Phillippines. After spending almost two decades in the Finance Industry, she decided to pursue her ultimate passion of food and cooking and attended the internationally acclaimed culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu where she graduated with high Honors.

Her dedication, tenacity and excellent production earned her promotion to Pastry Chef at Empire and Red Lantern where she was able to curate exciting desserts with inspirations from her Asian background. Currently, Chef Gloria is the Executive Pastry Chef at Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse in Boston.
